Join your meet-up leaders Glynnis and Madhuri for a visioning of a powerful 2012. In Ayurveda we flow with the change of seasons and bring presence to our daily practice. The Sanskrit term sankalpa is similar to ‘intention’ or ‘resolution’ and is an important aspect of aligning the universal energies with your own to manifest the life you know you’re here to live. Set new intentions in the areas of health, abundance, personal growth, relationships, career and spiritual growth. You will be guided through various practices and leave with your own roadmap to manifest the most joyful life you choose for 2012 bringing greater balance in all areas of your life! Bring a journal, pen and ideas about what you would like to manifest for this year!
