Bootcamp for Mountain Bikers!

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL NOTBE A CLASS HELD ON THURSDAY, MARCH 28!

Join in on these off-bike workouts, held in a quiet and beautiful park in Cave Creek near Tatum and Cave Creek Road...

Taught by 20 year trainer Amy Regan, these classes are to improve speed and stamina while riding, plus look and feel better! Add muscle and/or shed extra pounds, and tone up everywhere all over your body.

These classes are a mix of strength, cardio, balance, core, using medicine balls, balance equipment, yoga, Pilates, and boxing moves. You'll see results from these workouts; your body will become more defined and on the bike you'll climb faster, have better bike handling skills and less fatigue. Plus, you will learn exercises that you can continue to do at home or in the gym. Read on!

Dates: every Thursday PM and Tuesday AM

Days: Thursdays, 6:00PM, Tuesdays at 6:00AM

Cost: $12 per session

Bring: water (at least one bottle), yoga mat or large towel

Wear: workout clothing. Shoes that are for working out; running, walking, x-training etc.

    How much running? My knees are not compatible with running due to overuse from running? Thursdays best for me.
