Join in on these off-bike workouts, held in a south Cave Creek near Carefree Hwy and Cave Creek Road...
These classes are to improve speed and endurance on the bike, plus gain upper body strength and improve balance and flexibility. This workout will also help you shed any extra pounds and tone up all over your body.
Training classes are a mix of strength, cardio, balance, core, using medicine balls, balance equipment, yoga, Pilates, and boxing moves. You'll see results from these workouts; your body will become more defined and on the bike you'll climb faster, have better bike handling skills and less fatigue. Plus, you will learn exercises that you can continue to do at home or in the gym. Read on!
Dates: Every Tuesday and Thursday AM
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7AM
Cost: $12 per session
Bring: Water (at least one bottle), yoga mat or large towel
Wear: Workout clothing. Shoes that are for working out; light jogging or fast walking, x-training etc.
