Come to the first Berlin Tech Meetup. Something we saw and have been part of in New York and wanted to bring to Berlin.

Join fellow geeks, investors, entrepreneurs, hackers for an evening of live demos from people or companies developing great technology. Demos will typically be 3-5 minutes, each followed by Q&A. This is about technology, not PowerPoint company presentations!

Our current product demo line up:
* cloudControl
* EyeEm
* KeyRocket
Plista
* Wooga
* [1-2 yet to be announced]

    Bestens organisiert; die Nutzung von PPP sollte aber Pflicht für jeden Vortragenden sein.

    Great venue and very interesting presentations. I 'd love them to be a tad longer though and maybe have more time to ask questions and discuss with the presenters.

    Thema und Idee des Meetups ist gut, doch die Umsetzung war nicht berauschend. Die Talks waren mit Ausnahme des Wooga-Talks für mich recht uninteressant und vor allem zu technisch (und das sage ich als Techniker!). Ich denke, in diesem engen Zeitrahmen und bei dem Publikum ist es nicht sinnvoll, Technikkonzepte vorzustellen oder gar eine Live-Coding-Session zu versuchen.

    Ich fände es besser, wenn sich Unternehmen vorstellen und kurz schildern, was ihr Geschäftsfeld und -modell ist. Das sollte aber keine Werbeveranstaltung sein! Stattdessen möchte ich anhand von ein, zwei Beispielen erfahren, auf welche (Tech-)Probleme sie gestoßen sind und wie sie diese überwunden haben.

    Neben dem Knüpfen von Kontakten sollte IMHO ein wichtiges Ziel des Meetups sein, andere Techniker & Gründer zu inspirieren.

    I really enjoy the event, but next time there should be a trap door for the power point presentations.

    It was a great Meetup. I would love to hear more from really small and new companies next time. But the location, the attendees, the drinks and the format are great! Thank you.

    Was a good first run but there's room for improvement. A better microphone, a clear agenda for the talks (who shows what, managing expectations). And it was kind of rude that the last people have been almost thrown out at 10pm.

    It was a nicely organized event. I came with the expectation to have a similar format to the New Tech Meetup event I attended in Boulder, CO, and my expectations were met: it is definitely a good event to learn about what other local startups are doing, and to network with tech folks and entrepreneurs. I will be back, and I plan to present in an upcoming event.

    Perfect organization, good atmosphere. As for the presentations, I would have liked more demos than "conceptual" slides.

    I enjoyed this meetup, particularly the Wooga and EyeEm talks. As a first-time entrepreneur, I would have liked to have heard more about the early challenges the speakers faced, since I'm already (mostly) familiar with the products. Thanks to ImmoScout for the drinks!

    War sehr cool, einzig negative war das schei** mikro - daran müsste gearbeitet werden. Rest war Top. komme gern wieder!

    Cool, unkompliziert, sehr positives Publikum

    5-Minuten Vortrags Format sehr gut, Vorträge weitestgehend relevant, Anzahl um 6 Vorträge sollte beibehalten werden.

    Thought the entire event was well done.

    Contrary to what announced (product demos for instance), the presentations focused on abstract tech aspects (which was also sometimes interesting).
