What is our group for?

To make friends with other moms and playdates for our children born 2011. We are looking for friends in the Central Florida area. We mostly will be meeting in the areas of Lake county (Mt. Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Umatilla, Sorrento) Orange County (Apopka, Maitland, Ocoee, Winter Park, Winter Garden), and Seminole county (Altamonte, Sanford, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Longwood).  We also sometimes meet around the Mall of Millenia area and Disney/Universal area for special occasions.  We will only be meeting in these areas, so please sign up only if you are willing to drive there or if it's close to you.

What do we do together?

We have monthly Potlucks with mommy and baby, monthly Couples Night out (without baby) on the first Saturday of the month, monthly Moms Night Out (without baby & hubby) on the third Thursday of the month, and two lunch meetups on the second and fourth Friday of the month.  We also have a monthly family meetup.

We also have other playdates, park meetups, and events listed almost daily, so check out our calendar and RSVP to an event.  

Membership rules

1.  Please pay the $5 membership fee to cover the cost of our meetup site after you have attended ONE event (one time fee) and have decided you like the group and want to stay (we know you will love us!) :)

If we get extra funds, we will use that money for crafts, foods, or parties for all of us to enjoy.

2.  If you are not active in our group for 3 months, you will be deleted from the group.  No worries, if you want to rejoin, simply sign back up and start attending!

3.  You do not have to RSVP "NO" to every event.  If you RSVP "Yes", please update your RSVP if something comes up and you can't make it.  

4.  Anyone can post & host  meetups, please just do not change the date or time of a meetup last minute when everyone was expecting to come at a particular date & time.  The meetup can still go on, even if you can't attend.  

5.  NO DRAMA MAMAS!! Please treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.  

6.  Our most important rule....PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR SICK BABY TO A MEETUP!! Even if you think they might be sick, please wait until next time to join us.  You don't want to be responsible for making others sick!
