Denver Restaurant Week at Indulge Bistro and Wine Bar

Here's another chance to enjoy Denver Restaurant Week (DRW), but this is NOT the same "Indulge" French Bistro where Debbie is hosting a dinner on March 5. This Indulge Bistro and Wine Bar is associated with another "Indulge" that is located in Highlands Ranch.

This is what I found on the DRW website:

Relax in this upscale, locally-owned neighborhood venue and enlighten your senses with an International menu of delicious tapas, large plates, salads and desserts in addition to wine, specialty cocktails, spirits and beer. Come enjoy "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" with us during Denver Restaurant Week!

First Course

Apertivo (Choice of):

  • CEVICHE…Citrus marinated shrimp and scallops with red onions, cucumbers, jalapeños,
  • and chili flakes over fresh baby arugula
  • TAMALES…Corn masa cooked in a corn husk stuffed with poblano peppers and queso
  • fresco, drizzled with Mexican crema
  • TOSTADAS DE CARNITAS…Mojo braised pulled pork in orange, cinnamon, cumin, and
  • jalapeños, drizzled with honey lime aioli

Second Course

Plato Principal(choice of):

  • CARNE ASADA…Grilled skirt steak marinated in beer served with fresh pico de gallo and
  • habanero cotija mashed potatoes
  • POLLO AL ADOBO…Grilled free range chicken marinated in adobo served over roasted
  • poblano and corn wild rice
  • SOPA DE MARICOS…Sautéed shrimp, scallops, and barramundi with chayote’s, baby
  • corn, and red potatoes drenched in a spicy tomato fish broth garnished with warm tortillas
  • ENCHILADAS DE SPINACA…Two tortilla shells stuffed with spinach and Chihuahua
  • cheese, topped with mole sauce and served with poblano and corn wild rice

Third Course

Postre (choice of):

  • PLATANOS FLAMEADOS…Bananas flambé with rum
  • MINI CHURROS…Fried dough tossed in cinnamon and sugar with a
  • vanilla creme sauce
  • FLAN DE CANELA… Mexican style custard scented with cinnamon

Additional Items

  • Optional Wine Pairing: $15 per person
  • Optional Tequila Pairing: $18 per person

Cost: You must pay $20.91 in advance through PayPal to RSVP. When you check in with me at the restaurant you will receive $20 to apply towards your dinner/drink bill. Individual checks will be available. Please note the DRW prices of $26.40/person or $52.80/couple do not include tax, tip, or "extras".

No Refunds: If you pay and decide not to attend, please find another person to attend in your place, as no refunds will be offered.
