Let's make Sushi!!! There's no wrong way to make sushi so let's learn together how to spread, layer, tuck and roll rice, tuna, crab, salmon, shrimp, mussels, octopus, and veggies.
Cost: $12 per person (not including PayPal Fee) will cover sushi ingredients, miso soup, salad, and miscellaneous ingredients. You must pay through PayPal to RSVP.
Menu includes...Miso Soup, Light Salad, Cooked Shrimp Pockets (Inari), California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Rolls Invented by Participants, Octopus (Yanagi), Tuna (Maguro), Albacore Tuna, Yellowtail (Hamachi), Salmon (Sake), Large Shrimp (Ebi), Broiled Mussels, and Egg (Tamago).
Plates, cups, napkins, chop sticks and condiments will also be provided! Please bring your favorite Sake, wine or other drink to share.
Host will cook the rice and have fillings ready to go - your job is to wrap and roll away. Then we'll have a sushi fest!!
