Another Easy Urban Walk! Let's explore Sloans Lake by walking the paved path of about 2.6 miles with 100 feet of elevation gain. It circles the lake, often just two or three steps from the water. We'll walk at a slow to mostly moderate pace. Slow enough to enjoy the park views, take pictures, talk and fast enough to still get some exercise!
Parking: Park in the vicinity of 17th & Sheridan.
Meet the group near the path on 17th & Sheridan and we'll walk the park clockwise from this point.
Optional refreshment after the walk at Breakfast on the Edge located at 2045 Sheridan, Phone, (720)[masked] (directly across from Sloans Lake within walking distance).
