New Belgium Brewing...Home of Fat Tire, 1554, Ranger IPA, and numerous other palate-pleasing, thirst-quenching sud. New Belgium is a Mecca for any beer enthusiast. The brewery itself is located just a stones throw from Old Town Fort Collins so it is easily accesible to some great food too. So...the plan is to go on the brewery tour then have a late lunch. So come thirsty and sample some old favorites or try out some of their new brews. Luckily, we will avoid the crowds by visiting during the week and having a reservation for the brewery tour ahead of time!
