Brown Palace Champagne Cascade

  • Nov 11, 2012 · 11:00 AM
  • This location is shown only to members

Sunday, November 11th, the official Champagne Cascade ceremony begins at noon. With the stroke of an antique Napoleonic saber, a master swordsman will sever the necks of champagne bottles. Once opened, the champagne will be poured into the uppermost glass of an elaborate 6,000-glass pyramid rising nearly two stories in the hotel's atrium lobby.

How to Find the Group: Meet the group at 11am on the corner of Broadway & Tremont by the cowboy statue. We'll walk in together and find places to stand and enjoy a glass of champagne! Floors 4-7 are open to the public.

Free Admission! Reservations are not required to view the event. Bubbly is sold by the glass to spectators. Arrive on time to get a spot with the group. If we miss you, look for the group on floors 4-7. This is a fun, pre-holiday annual event.

Parking: All street meters are currently free on Sundays!

Optional Lunch: Lunch downtown after the cascade at the Yard House. Please add a note to your RSVP if you plan on joining us for lunch.

Be prepared for a big crowd!

See you there!

The Yard House does not take reservations but does call ahead. Please add a note to your RSVP (not the comments here) if you plan on lunch so I can call them Sunday morning with a group number. Thanks.
