An Evening of Dancing Horses®

Let's join the Colorado Classical Meetup for An Evening of Dancing Horses®.  Designed to thrill even the most discriminating horse enthusiast or brass band lover!  This performance is packed full of formal dressage, freestyle reining, drill elements and plenty more equestrian disciplines. Plus, it's all choreographed to the music of the Denver Brass. The Denver Brass also plays several numbers without horses.

We have great seats together in section 27, just off the center towards the Denver Brass.  This National Western attraction features world-class horses, equestrians and musicians.

Cost: $22 per person includes PayPal fee.  We need 15 to keep the group rate of $21.00 for this show. We avoid the $4.50 per ticket fee and the $2.25 fee per ticket by going as a group.  We must pay by Dec. 1st so RSVP's will end on 11/30/12.

Please note - there are no refunds.  If you decide you can't attend, please find a replacement for your ticket and post a note next to your RSVP (not in the comments) so we know who to look for at the show.

In addition, Our tickets include all day at the stock show and parking is free in all the lots for the stock show.  So...let's walk around and check it out before the show.  Click here to see other activities.

Parking: FREE this year!  Check out parking lot map

Optional Shopping & Dinner: If you have the time and want to spend the day at the Stock Show, meet at 3:00pm inside the main entry way. There is lots of shopping available and animals to look at. We can eat dinner there too.  There are several choices to eat, more expensive with table cloths, or the regular stock show food. Wine and "cowboy strong" mixed drinks are available!!

We will dine at the Feed Lot Buffet located in the northwest corner of the Hall of Education, 1st Floor.  Last year's cost was $16.95 - don't know what it is this year.  Meet at 5pm at the Feed Lot.  Cash makes it easier - not sure of the credit card situation.  If you'd rather eat something else, here is the link to all the dining opportunities

Add a note to your RSVP (not the comments below) if you plan on meeting early for shopping and dinner.

Evening of Dancing Horses® Show Only: Pick up your ticket at Will Call.

HEADS UP! Dinner will be at 5pm at the Feed Lot Buffet - an all you can eat buffet located in the northwest corner of the Hall of Education, 1st Floor. Cost last year was $16.95 - I can't get an answer on this year's cost. and...don't forget to bring CASH because I'm not sure of the CC situation either. Important - allow yourself plenty of time to drive there, deal with traffic, park your car and walk to the meeting place - whether you're meeting us at the main entrance, the restaurant, or the Dancing Horses show. See you there!

We will post the 5pm dinner meeting place by Tuesday, so please keep a watch on the website for the location. Those of you who don't have your tickets can find them at Will Call on Thursday after 2:30pm (but not sooner). Email me if you have any questions. Thanks.

Click on the link... to review the map of the Stock Show grounds. If you don't receive your ticket from Jeanne or I and want to meet us at 3pm, you can pick up your ticket at Will Call (allow yourself enough time to pick up ticket, park, and be at meeting place by 3pm sharp). Dinner will be around 5pm at one of the nicer restaurants located in the Expo Hall - watch for more info on the name of the restaurant. It looks like Dancing Horses takes place in the Event Center. If you plan to meet at 3pm, we will enter the Event Center through the main Stock Show entrance through a gated area. If you plan on just the show, you can go directly to the Event Center and meet us at the seats there. Otherwise, meet the group inside the Main Entrance of the Expo Hall at 3pm sharp and we'll wander from here. Remember - if you don't receive your ticket from Jeanne or I, it will be at Will Call.

Could you clarify the ticket situation?

If we are meeting the group at 3 PM, you will give us our tickets at the entrance at 3PM...right? I don't plan on being at any BB meetings before this event.

Your Dancing Horses ticket will be available to pickup at future BB meetup events from Jeanne or I. Just remind us when we see each other and we'll check the list and give you your ticket. This way you won't have to bother picking it up at Will Call before parking.
