BabyWeight aims to promote the health and wellness of moms and thier babies. Our programs are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of moms and babies.
Let BabyWeight put you and your baby on the path to fitness.
BabyWeight Fitness is a dynamic fitness and rehabilitation program aimed at strengthening and reconditioning your body, pre- and post-partum, using your baby’s weight! This program uses your baby’s weight, your stroller and resistance bands to provide you with a combination of strength, stability, and aerobic exercises. You will retrain and restore muscles stressed and weakened by the demands of pregnancy and labor while helping you cope with the rigors of caring for a baby. The movements and exercises included in this program are also designed with your baby in mind, emphasizing the necessary visual, tactile, auditory, and vestibular stimulation that promote development and help your child reach developmental milestones such as head control. This class not only strengthens you and your baby physically, but it provides crucial bonding time in the midst of our busy schedules to bring mommy and baby closer.
Our programs were developed and are maintained by Luly Diez-Arguelles a mom and doctor of physical therapy. As a mom and physical therapist, I fully understand and empathize with the challenges of recovering from pregnancy and labor and being a new mom. I discovered the need for BabyWeight, a program that provides you with the support and knowledge to do the best for yourself and your baby!
