The venue: Vittoria's Italian Restaurant.
Our next meetup will be held in the boardroom at the NEWly opened Vittoria's Restaurant in Powell on Sawmill Parkway South of Powell Road.
Vittoria's was unable to get a local distributor or local vineyard to help supply the wines, but has agreed to allow us to bring in wines for a corkage fee of $10.00. We can also order several of their reasonably-priced wines off the menu and split the cost as a group.
Vittoria's has provided a menu for us which is an exceptional value. We will have a family style dinner for $28 per person plus tax, tip and corkage.
The dinner includes Antipasto Salad, portions of 3 main courses: Classic Baked Eggplant (and) Chicken Parmesan (and) Chilean Sea Bass, with a summer salad, tea and/or coffee.

We will collect an optional event fee of $5 which will be donated to charity. This month I am designating a new 501 C3 charity: The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. Please make your check out to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation (fully tax deductible).
Those donating $20 or more to our chosen charity will be placed in a drawing for special prizes including a 4-day Caribbean cruise for 2 adults or a 7-day condo vacation in the USA, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, or Europe. (Yes, were doing it AGAIN!). We will do the drawing if we exceed $280 in donations for the evening. Otherwise, we will carry the drawing forward to the next Bacchus event.
Please note that at our last meeting, no-shows increased the cost for all attendees. I have to guarantee a number to the restaurant by Monday, Sept 29th. If you RSVP, PLEASE show up. If you will not be attending, please let me know by noon on Monday.
