I was wanting more information on the dates and times that you are looking for for volunteer's. I would be very interested in participating in the wine making process.

Via Vecchia Winery is looking forward to your visit and tour in October. We are busy planning out our 18 tons of whole California grape, expanded crush pad, primary and secondary fermentation area and production space. We are excited to educate and display our natural, "old way" of wine making from using the natural yeast on the skins, hand punch-downs and adding nothing but the minimal amount of sulfites. For those who want more of an authentic wine making experience, please stop by and sign up to volunteer for our 2010 Crush.
Currently, our tasting room is now open to the public on Friday and Saturday 6-10 pm.
Make a reservation to join us for a sneak preview of our new home and our pure tasting wines.
