Wine tasting and a cruise for two?

Greetings everyone!
This message is being sent to all members of The Dublin Wine Meetup Group:

The wine dinner this month is at 7 PM on Tuesday February 20th at the Burgundy Room in Dublin.

We currently have 15 "yes" RSVP and 12 "maybe". I am hoping we can get a more accurate count as we approach the date, so if you can modify your RSVP to be more accurate, please do so.

The Feburary meeting will be a presentation by sommelier Dave McMahon on selected burgundy and shiraz wines, mostly from California. Originally we were going to present solely on California wines, but due to a change in the ability to bring wines in, we felt this might be more cost effective and interesting. The cost will be around $25 per person for Tapas and wines (I will send out menu selections under separate cover), slightly more if you want to order off the menu. The food is superb there. We will also have a fruit and cheese plate.

I'm working with the restaurant (Burgundy Room in Dublin off Avery Road) on the menu as we speak.

As you may know, we are a member of the International Bacchus Wine and Food society. The Bacchus society supports chosen charities, and the Arthritis Foundation of Central Ohio is our chosen charity. I will be drawing for finalists for a 4-day cruise for 2 to everyone who donates $20 or more to the Arthritis Foundation by check, cash, or credit card. Each multiple of $20 donated gets you another ticket to the cruise drawing. The finalists from 3 consecutive meetings will be in a drawing for a 4 day Carribean cruise. We will chose our first finalist at the dinner on Feb 20th. Wine tasting may come with an added vacation!
