Hi Tim, Thanks for the info. I needed on Berlin. I didn't find your post till today.thanks 4 response. Yes, sometime I would be grateful to borrow a kayak for a MU! I can't remember the date on this trip, so I will go back + look it up/in case missed it. Maybe I could try mapquest on finding Berlin-Don't have a map handy right now. Thanks for the kindness of a response! Have fun.-I'll go re-check date.
I am not sure how to do the email through this, I guess just have not bothered to learn. I will be out of town the next 3 Friday's otherwise I can be open. Let me know about Sunday, I am open this Sunday and was planning on going for a paddle in the evening.
Hi. I just read your profile, and see you paddle the Wolf River. Where would a good place to start/end be for a CALM-water paddle on the Wolf? Every time I go out to the Chain o' Lakes in Waupaca, on hwy 54, I pass over it in New London and then again in Royalton, I think. It always looks SO NICE. I'd like to paddle it, but want to know where to go where there aren't any rapids. Got any suggestions??? Thanks. Coolie
Hi Tim! No, I don't think I even went outside that day. Was up till 4ish in the morning and was probably getting up when you were half way to Green Bay. It was too dang hot/humid and sunny out for me.....not a real fan of the middle of the day heat/sun. I sure haven't done much in/for this group of what seem to be really great people but HAVE gotten out kayaking at least 10 times this summer. I'm looking forward to evening paddles and FALL! Don't give up on me!
Hi Tim! I really like your idea! I think it would be a great time and we could also see the Tall Ships. I'm all for it!!
You all have made me feel very welcome....and not a burden for not having a kayak yet and being new to river kayaking. Thank you for that! It was really fun!!!...and I think I improved quite well. :D
