The idea behind starting Backpackers Club of Delhi is to have an active hiking and backpacking group out of the Delhi and NCR region. We will hike and organize many other outdoor fun activities such as hiking, camping, climbing, backpacking, skiing etc. anywhere around and that could include different countries and continents.

18 months on, this group has become a great community for like minded people to connect and do activities together. We've made trips to different parts of India, done biking trips in Delhi, photography walks and a fair bit of drinking :).

This is a free group (sponsored by www.acamor.com and www.indiaoffroads.com), we will never charge any fees unless there is a third party cost associated with a particular event. Our mission is to actually look around and explore all the beauty nature has to offer, not race through to an invisible finish line.

Commercial Posts- Any commercial posts of any nature should always be posted on the discussion board. Please do not put them on the facebook group page or suggest a meetup for such commercial posts.
