Hi Dennis,

I have known Bernard for almost a year now, and I feel really sorry to see all this confusion build up to this level. I think if you have a problem with someone you should first talk to him about that, is he continues to do what is not permitted then you go ahead an ban him.
Bernard didn't offer his services in "Badminton NC" to me or my friends, I've always seen him as a good player trying to promote badminton in this region, I would vote against him being banned.

Thanks,
Amit

Dennis,

WOW! I am speechless.
There was No verbal warnings, no conversation, no prior emails or just simply a communication directly to me or sNp for a matter which could simply have been worked out.....straight to the banishment! (I understand there is a posted sign at the facility which I personally have not seen)

For the record, I did NOT solicit in your facility.  I do respect your business and I do avoid selling.  The several times I am there is to "play" and have fun.  The "continued selling" per your email, if I recall, were "pickups" on customer request.  I have no idea that's a no no!.  I have NOT created a "competition" propaganda, openly or silently.  Please ask ALL your customers if I had solicit or create a negative feedback upon your facility.  Also, please ask some of your NEW customers if Bernard referred them!!!

Regardless, I respect your decision to BAN me.  It is YOUR facility after all.

Lastly, I have not been using the email you sent  to for years, i.e. [address removed] as it is flooded with spams.  I am so curious why you sent me this email to that address and wonder how you know about that email address.  I have been known to all via [address removed]! My point is, if I had not checked this email tonight, I wonder what would happen if I just showed up at your facility.

To the rest of the badminton community,  I have been told that there is a post on Badminton NC Facebook of similar complaint. I believe I am the subject!   For those who have FB, please go read it (I don't use FB). I take Dennis' decision humbly :) However, I wonder what are your thoughts and  if you guys would like to vote if Bernard should be BANNED.  I am NOT asking to be UN-BANNED :)

Anybody who replies with a comment or vote will receive an additional 20% discount on rackets & shoes, on top of our everyday sNp  low prices! :)  You know where to find me to get your discount (obviously not at Badminton NC anymore)

Hy, please forward to any other groups I missed :)

Cheers,
Bernard

We’re sorry to have been put in the position to address your
continued selling of products in or around Badminton NC.  Selling products on any Craig Davis
properties, by you or anyone else, is illegal.
Therefore, it has become necessary for Badminton NC to
advise you, that you are no longer welcome to play at Badminton NC as of July
11, 2014.  Property Management has
advised us that they will take legal action against you, or anyone else, that sells
products or services on Craig Davis Properties again.

Sorry.
Dennis
