Hi Elaine, Here's a little update on CSL Peninsula. We now have 10 minute meditation at 9:45 am on Sundays, and Celebration Service at 10:00 am at 651 Roble Ave. in Menlo Park. All of our events, classes and workshops are held at our Redwood City office and learning center at 611 Veterans Blvd, Suite 106, not too far from SF! Check out our Oct/Nov Meetups. Hi Elaine! Welcome to the running group! The Jeff Galloway method incorporates a walk break. We run for 6 minutes and walk for 1 - oh, except during track workouts. Those we run straight through. Let me know if you have any questions. I hope to meet you soon! j
