Balance Walking Vancouver Meetup

    Hi Christian

    I am in the UK, but I am out walking with my poles. People over here look at me as I am mad! But I don't care. Keeping in the heart rate zone and that is what is importantl!

    Have fun on the walk and hopefully see you in the not too distant future.
