We're looking to introduce the sport of Balance Walking (also known as Nordic Walking) to Vancouver through monthly introductory sessions, as well as educational workshops, that provide you with more information on how to achieve better balance in your life. About Balance Walking
Balance Walking is an exercise program that is easy enough for anyone to do. Whether you're young or not-so-young, already fit or working towards getting fit, Balance Walking can help you reach your goals.
Designed as a pain-free exercise that won't put undue stress on the knees or other joints, Balance Walkers find Balance Walking to be a healthy activity that's easy to stick with.
Please don't hesitate to stop by our monthly introductory sessions, during which we provide complimentary loaner poles. These happen on the first Saturday of every month from 10am to 11am at Foot Solutions on West Broadway and include a 1 hour pole walking experience. We're looking forward to seeing you!
