This is a Group Training that focuses on lifting the glutes, builds and bubbles out your behind, tones your hamstrings and builds you that nice round butt that everyone wants!
Also we focus on all of the "hard-to" spots of the backside. Like the Upper Back muscles, lower back muscles, triceps (back of the arms), back of the legs, (hamstrings) and calves.
We also incorporate some intense cardio moves in-between the toning exercises to help blast away fat and help you achieve all of your fitness goals.
We offer Ballistic Back Side on either Tuesday @ 5:30 PM or 6:45 PM, or Friday at 5:30 PM or Saturday beginning in May at 11 AM.
What exactly is HIIT ?
High Intensity Interval Training.
We do a strength training exercise followed by a high intense cardio fat-blasting move. This switches our body from anaerobic to aerobic training. Each exercise is done for 30-60 Seconds and the trainings are between 45-60 minutes. No other format has produced higher results for our participants.
We do recommend to train your ENTIRE body! So what we do is Upper body strengthening on Monday and Thursday and Tuesday and Friday are lower body.
FEES: Cost of one Meetup session is $12 5 for $50 or Unlimited Trainings is $99 which includes monthly measurements, food coaching and meal planning ideas. If you only wish to attend the trainings without the food coaching that is $75 per month unlimited!
