This meetup's intent is to find Ballroom, "big-band" styled Swing, and Latin venues in the Nashville area; basically to go out and have fun.  If you have questions or an idea for an event or venue that would be fun for the group, please email me. 

Just a few words of encouragement...if you are learning, be patient with yourself.  If you are new to the dance scene or a particular dance scene, it will probably take going a few times and then, as you start to meet people to dance and talk with, you will feel like you are blending in with the group.  You might wish to be brave and ask someone, or a few someones to dance.  Going with a friend or friends usually helps and lessons are a big help in adding to your dance repetoire and in meeting new dance friends.
