The Baltimore Bird Club is a group of people who like to go on bird hikes and bird trips to study birds with binoculars and field guides and also technological advances: I-Pod, E-Bird website.
We have a year-round calendar of bird hikes and trips. We also offer monthly evening programs about birds at the Cylburn Arboretum. We are a member bird club in the Maryland Ornithological Society.

This Meetup site will enable us to get new members. We are especially interested in getting more families and youth involved in our program.

This Meetup will also help us encourage family birding.  We now have the Baltimore Orioles Junior Birding Club.

Parents of youth who enjoy birding are encouraged to join this meetup.  Youth members (Under the age of 18) cannot be Meetup.com members.

The BALTIMORE BIRD CLUB welcomes anyone who has an interest in birds, whether a novice or experienced ornithologist, and whether you enjoy watching birds at your feeder or traveling throughout the State. Our members learn from one another and are willing to share their knowledge. Membership in the Chapter includes membership in the Maryland Ornithological Society. You will find membership in the BALTIMORE BIRD CLUB of the Maryland Ornithological Society to be a rewarding and enlightening experience.
