Re: [anime-569] Anime cons

My thoughts:

~Eh, I have my reasons for not liking Nekocon at all, besides it being far away.
~ AnimeUSA is closer and MUCH better. I might try and work there again this year to save on costs. Depends I guess. Or we could get the group rate if we get enough ppl together. Or stick a bunch of us in one room. :)
~Game night sounds fun...
~Also, there is always MAGFest the video game convention. That rocks too!

I should have said so in my first message but nekocon is in oct or nov.  It's in VA somewhere...

Hey everyone,
I missed Otakon unfortunately (didn't have any funds) but am interested in going to some other cons in the area if other people know of any. I know about Katsukon in February in V.A. but if anyone knows of something sooner, I would love to come. Please let me know!

I was thinking about hitting up Nekocon.  When/when is anime USA? Also how did everyone who went to Otakon enjoy it?

Now that Otakon is over, can we plan for a more smaller con. I skip otakon sometimes because of it's price, size and lack of intimacy. So... I guess Anime USA is up next. Woot! :)
