Introduction

Hello All! Been playing guitar since age 13(you would think I could play better!) and looking to do a little Jammin'. I play mostly acoustic, although I own a couple of electrics. Mostly classic rock and blues. Hope to learn some new tricks!

What level guitarist are you? (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert)

Since around age 13, although there were major gaps in the action during during the next 37 years.

What is your favorite guitar that you own?

My Ovation Legend by far. Great sound plugged in or not. Got it many years ago second hand. A little beat up, the front has cracks in it, and some wear on the fretboard. I love it.....

What guitar do you wish you owned?

Maybe a really nice Martin, but I'm pretty happy with what I already own. Be great to have a PRS. A new Taylor would be good.... Is it really possible to own too many guitars??????????

Who is your biggest guitar influence and why?

Neil Young. Great songwriter, adventurous vocals. SRV. Billy Gibbons, Gary Moore, Eric Clapton, Keb Mo, Steve Stills, Vince Gill, Jimmy Page,

Hey Ken, Yes to the invite (if I said no, the guys in this group would ban me for life), tell the other players in your group to check out the site too. I'm waiting on a response from Steve or Doug about the date. I know what beer I won't be drinking that night, I just don't know who makes it yet! I'll keep you posted.
