I joined BGG to jam with other energetic musicians, make some new friends, have a lot of fun, and possibly collaborate on putting a part-time group together.

Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty.
What guitar do you wish you owned?
I have had my dream acoustic and electric guitars for many years.
Who is your biggest guitar influence and why?
Major Music/Guitar Influences - Fab Four, Paul Simon, Jim Croce, Buddy Holly, Waylon Jennings, Conway, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Clapton, Carlos Santana, Jay Black, Marshall Tucker Band, Harry Chapin, etc. Why? In a word - Talent!!!

It went very well. It was actually more of an audition than a jam. Now I have to decide which guitarist to invite back. Once I settle on the guiraist I will then be looking for a bassist.

Hi Richard- oh, the guitars we've given up. I used to have a 1948 Les paul junior, then a 1969 Les Paul goldtop, and a 1964 stratocaster. I think we have a similar history (we're the same age) and I'm really looking forward to meeting you. John

I've been trying to get to a jam for over a year. Timing never works out. I'll keep trying though. I saw Tommy 3 times in NY about a month ago. I'm taking my family to Cirque Du Soleil that day. What's G/P? Maybe I can stop by the jam.
