Greetings, Friends & Neighbors!
Advanced intermediate player
Favorites are my Santa Cruz 00, Weber Rawhide mandolin and Martin 00 DB (Deep Body).
I fear I'll be banished to Siberia if I even wish for another guitar. ;-)=
Too many influences to enumerate, but I favor roots and singer/songwriter genres.
This meetup was so much fun that people were actually falling out of there chairs. Oh yeah, and there was birthday cake!
Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm looking forward to getting to know all the players and jam soon.
Have a good day,
Thanks, I know a few others from the Baltimore acoustics group like Mike N. Looking forward to getting involved.

after our discussion about tone woods and solid vs. laminate I need some advice as far as getting the best I can. I was looking at an Eastman Cutaway Acoustic/Elelctric with solid Sapele back and sides or a Blueridge with Brazilian Rosewood laminate. I realise the difference in sounds but both are worth having. My Yamaha is 30 y/o solid top and possibly rosewood laminate. I'd like to really have them all in case I get proficient enough to prefer one or the other for a particular song.
