I have focused my teaching on working with older people and people of all ages who are new to the yoga practice.
I believe that yoga is truly for everyone: if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
If you don’t feel fit or are intimidated by joining a large yoga class, if you are any age and have never tried yoga, if you are an older person and want enjoy the benefits of yoga or if you have done a bit of yoga and want to learn more about proper alignment and how to use yoga to move your body, then my classes are for you.
Classes are thoughtfully sequenced to build confidence, strength, and grace in a safe environment. Combining breath, stretching, strengthening and relaxation with a focus on anatomy and proper alignment of the body. My goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for Yoga so that people can feel good inside and out!
I look forward to helping students build their own personal practice, one that helps them take their life in any direction they want to go!
