I will visit BCN next week and will attend a soul-rider meditation group.My sons-both students are vegan.For me it is difficult to be vegan because Im gravly overweight and have to eat less carbohydrates and so I eat low-fat cheeses and yoghurts instead--but the philosophy-why you must not use a cow as a birth-machine in order to get your milk is very present to me.
