Ruby interpreter for Max/MSP

Noah: Since I last showed this to you I added support for the Ruby
standard API (or at least the parts that come with JRuby) and loading
your own scripts from disk. Examples in the help files.

If there is interest, at a future meetup I would be happy to talk
about this and my sequencing objects and maybe give a demonstration on
how I use this to make music.
