RSVPS are disabled until day before at 7:00 pm at which point they will automatically be turned on. Fall session lasts until 11/15. Winter session starts 11/16.

No RSVP no play unless there are no shows. As soon as a game ends and there are >15, figure out who the stowaways are and they're either out (if all RSVP'd people showed up) or they rotate spots (if <15 RSVP'd people showed up).

If you RSVP and can't come please cancel as soon as possible.

Directions: Drive around to back of school. Enter through the double doors closest to where all the cars are parked. Pass Gym 2 on the left. Continue down the hall to Gym 1. Permit on all days is for Gym 1. We play is Gym 2 when it's unoccupied.

About indoor meetups

I have my permit for winter. Right now it's Mondays @ Twain old gym again. I had actually moved Twain several spots down in order of priority but that's still what they gave me. I will follow up and see if there's any chance of getting a better gym. Haven't heard from Scott yet on if he got his permit.

Unless someone has a better idea, I think we'll go with the same system as last time. I think the fundraising goal for the winter will be $151.50 (gym costs). $7 gets you either: 1) fixed spot or 2) if you play once a week or less let me know ahead of time what night you want to play and I'll add you.

Side note, Nate I have a few of pictures of the gym at Clermont Elementary School. I will email them to you. Looks like a ok size court but it is not a wood floor. Did you ask about Woodlawn Elementary? Its a bit further away but they have wood floors and a big court.

Thanks a lot for looking into it. Unless the surface is something better than tile, it's not going to be an upgrade over Twain. Woodlawn is too far south IMO.

Sorry for the late reply, got caught up at work. Hopefully next in line on the wait list can make it.
