As a member of the film and entertainment industry, I strongly oppose uniform cuts to the incentive programs without the full and transparent utilization of the legislative process, and any amendment to the program that is not properly debated and is passed must be killed.

I believe that putting budget plans together behind closed doors is the wrong approach. Any amendment to the tax credit programs must be the product of the constitutionally-protected legislative process and must be the product of full debate and deliberation with accurate information and understanding of the consequences.
