Are you ready to make changes in your Life and learn how to feel and look Beautiful? If your answer is YES, then please come to my 3 classes series. Each class will cover different subject but all classes are connected that's why you must be present at all of them.
First Class July 11 at 4pm- Your Physical Health-including healthy diet, food combining
advices, importance of detoxification, introducing Five Tibetan
Rites. Please wear yoga cloth.
Second Class August 15 at 4pm-Your Spiritual and Emotional Health-introducing
relaxation techniques,how your thoughts impact your
life, what can help you to in the process of becoming
at peace and happy.Each student will receive 10 min
Reiki session.


Third Class September 12, at 4pm-How To Love Your Skin-introducing Daily healthy
regime for your skin,which cosmetics are good for your
skin, some simple recipe, truth about sun, each
student will receive 10 min Ayurvedic Marma Face
Massage. Please do not wear any make up.
