I was raised in a vegetarian family. About one year ago, after learning about how eggs are produced, I realized that vegan-ism is a natural progression for vegetarians who object to eating meat on ethical grounds. I am trying to learn more about how one would foster sustainable vegan-ism on a global scale. (What is going on in China, India, Brazil and other fast-growing countries is an important part of the discussion)
