For those that aren't familiar with the term a "Bomber" is a large bottle of beer. Most breweries use this format to distribute their most interesting creations.

How many times have you looked at a bunch of Bombers in a beer venue and thought that you'd like to try something interesting but don't want to commit to an entire 22 Ounce or 750 ml bottle of something you aren't sure you'll like?

Come on down to Amsterdam Café for your chance to try some amazing and unusual beers without investing in the whole bottle!

Melissa and Kellie are going to choose a selection of amazing Bombers and let you buy bottle pours at an adjusted price, you pay for what you want to drink and if you decide you like a beer enough you are still welcome to buy a whole bottle.

If you want to take part in Bomberfest I believe this is the way it's going to work:

There will be some, maybe ten, beers listed on the mirror across from the bar.

You order the beer you want to try.

You'll get approximately a four ounce pour in a five ounce glass. I think the price will be $4. (it will either be a flat charge of the average bomber price divided by ounce or it will be the individual bomber price divided by ounce. The per ounce price will be adjusted slightly up to account for spills and over-pours)

If you wish to continue trying samples keep your glass and rinse it using water and dump buckets available.

If you don't want to take part in Bomberfest come to socialize, Amsterdam Café is still going to have all the great stuff they always do!

If you want a Bomber that isn't on the Bomberfest list let me know and I'll try to find three people willing to share it with you.
