I just got an update on this event. Our private session starts at 4 PM with the public allowed in at 5. I will not likely be there until 5 at the earliest but you'll be in very good hands with Christelle.

Hello, what does "sours" mean in relation to beer? I've never heard that term...can only think of "whiskey sours."

I went to the pub's web site but they didn't have any explanation. Only said that Feb 13 was Belgian night.

Does it mean that the beer is brewed with sour mash?

Enquiring minds want to know...thanks! --Natasha

Definitely what Christelle said, and I'll add this: Brewers use little hops when making wild ales/sour beers/lambics. Often times fruit is added and when its done well, it's perfection. If you like kombucha, you might find sour beers palatable.
