    I am going to send you a list... I cannot find it right now (I forgot how I named the file),but after 30, peptides should be a MUST in any anti age regimen. Peptides are small chains of amino acids that signal natural processes in the skin. Different types of peptides influence different types of processes. For example, there are peptides that increase collagen production and there are peptides that decrease inflammation.
