Monday : Speedwork night!
Warmup: We will start with a mile warmup (4 laps around)
We will run continuously but we will sprint every other 200. Meaning that we will start with a jog and then every time you hit the 200 meter mark you will sprint it to the next 200 meter mark. The idea is to keep the same pace for each sprint -- each 200 sprint will be the same time. We will go for 25 minutes. The recovery is the 200 meter jog in between.
Cool down: 800 cool down jog. (2 laps)
If you come late, look for us at the 200m mark on the track.
