[Santa Clara] Guadalupe River Trail Saturday morning run

Come for a run along the Guadalupe River. This is new location and very beautiful trail. We will be running along Ulistac Natural Area that showcases seven distinctive natural habitats -- including grasslands, woodlands, wetlands, and savannah.

We will start from Thamien Park parking lot and will run 4, 6, 8 or more miles depending on who shows up. if you want to cut out sooner, then you can just turn around.

Beginner are always welcome.

We meet at 6:55 and stretch for a few minutes and leave promptly at 7:00

There is limited parking at the park but plenty of street parking on lick mill blvd. Post a comment if you have questions.

Make your running and other activities count towards charity . Join our group at plus3 network at:

Post run breakfast at The prolific oven in rivermark plaza.

akram, are there lights along the guadalupe trail? i ask b/c it was super dark at 7am this morning, official sunrise around 7.22am now. if there are no lights, can we push the meetup back 15 or so minutes so that there is visibility along the trail? the campbell/los gatos creek trail running group has already pushed their meetup time back to 7.30am for the winter. i ask for safety reasons, and we want everyone in the group to be safe.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
