Monday : Speedwork night!
Warmup: We will start with a mile warmup (4 laps around)
We will workout for 30 minutes. You will sprint the straightaway 100 meters. You will then do lunges to the goal post and then jog to the straightaway line. Repeat.
Cool down: no cool down
If you come late, look for us at the 200m mark on the track.
