Monday : Speedwork night!
Warmup: We will start with a mile warmup (4 laps around)
Resistance bands! You will hold back your partner for 100 meters and then your partner will hold you back! 30 minutes
Cool down: 800 cool down jog. (2 laps)
If you come late, look for us at the 200m mark on the track.
