[Campbell] Track Speed Workout - mile repeats

Monday : Speedwork night!

Tonight's Workout:

Warmup: We will start with a mile warmup (4 laps around)

Workout:

3 - 1 mile repeats at race pace. 3 minute rest in between 

Cool down: 800 cool down 

If you come late, look for us at the 200m mark on the track.
