Obstacle Course Workout

We will start off with a mile warm up and then we will break up into teams and compete against one another for the title of KING OF CAMPBELL! It will involve sprinting, bootcampesque drills and funky stuff to get your heartrate going. As usual, I will bring the drinks, you bring the spirit!

BRING A TIMER and/or SPORTS WATCH! Also, bring a towel in case it is wet on the ground.

    Now I know what Obstacle course workout is - it is definitely a terrific way to workout and have fun!! It's so easy and fun. hehe... don't listen to me, but I'm challenged to do the other half of the obstacle course for endurance. Sorry my team members last night and all other members including super wonderful and strong leader Michelle that had to wait for me to finish at the last... You guys were all very supportive and cheering me till the last min :) Love you all!!! and Thank you all!!
