Hi Lauren, It was good to run with you at the O.B.-Cliffs run, last week. I enjoyed our conversation. Next time, I'll try to run the entire couse - standing up! Have you gotten your new shoes, yet? If you show up with a different color, I'll know. Take care, Ted.
