So glad to hear that you are okay. I only had the chance to come once to the Thursday night False Creek run. Hopefully, will be able to again once my schedule clears up. Just wanted to say thanks for your advice regarding my shin splints. I ran at a much slower pace like you said and would like to say that I was able to run 21km last Tuesday. Thanks!

Jerry, I know you were training for Boston marathon. Hearing the devastating news about the explosions at the finish line in Boston made me worried about you. I hope you are safe and sound.
have an appointment on 41st at 430 tomorrow, so going to try and check out the track workout there this week. see u next thursday. good luck on that sub 3 in boston; weather looks ideal.

I didn't make it because of my work obligation. It was unexpected and I couldn' t make it. It would have been my first time to this group and I'm hoping I don't get kicked out right off the bat. I'll choose my participation a little better next time.
