It is nearly impossible to travel to Africa without being deeply touched. For many, the sheer abundance of wildlife and vast expanses of natural landscape, are awe-inspiring. Nearly everywhere one travels, the reality – and threats to - animal and human survival are apparent. The cradle of civilization, the continent is home to numerous indigenous people, cultural traditions and rituals, and decades-old independent nations still working to establish basic literacy and health programs.
The Open Heart Safari is perfectly designed for people who want to experience the beauty and subtleties and challenges of Africa. It incorporates contemplative practices, movement, and expressive arts along with safari adventures and community visits to deepen our connection to the environment, explore our experiences, and to keep our minds, bodies and spirits healthy.
The Best Way to Travel to Africa is with an Open Heart!
