Yes, I currently do yoga. I teach a foundations class at my high school. However, I need much more training and instruction to improve my teaching.
I like a mix. Some days I need to focus on restorative, stretching and meditation. Others, I might like to sweat. Usually, in my routine, I combine a bit of both.
Anything with more cardio. Strengthening, weight lifting might be good. I would also like to learn to mediate deeper and learn to focus better.
So glad I found this group. Been practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years but am becoming more focused and committed the past few years. I am so looking forward to learning from others and contributing what I can as well.
