Hey guys. Let's have a nice Saturday of climbing at Castle Rock State Park - Indian Rock.
All skill levels are welcome. Just bring a good attitude! We will be setting up top ropes mainly. If anyone wants to sport climb, make sure you have experience. Plenty of bouldering in the area as well. There is a wide range of climb difficulties to accommodate all skill levels.
All climbers please come with basic belay experience for TR. I'm fine teaching somewhat to get things moving, but let's all be comfortable with the basics.
What to bring:
-Snacks/Lots of water
-Positive attitudes! Let's have some safe/responsible climbing.
-rope/anchor gear if you have it
-***I'll be bringing 1 rope, anchor gear, and a crashpad. Looking for 3 or more additional ropes depending on total group size. The more ropes we get, the larger group we can support. Maybe 1 more crash pad and extra anchor gear.
Enter the 15000 Skyline address listed and it will take you right to the parking lot. No fee for parking roadside. Indian rock is literally 50 yards from the parking lot. We'll meet in the parking lot by the Ranger's Station at 7:45AM and head out at 8AM. Plan accordingly to get there by 8 and call me if can't make it on time. If you get there late, ask the Ranger on duty and he will point you to Indian Rock.

Please only RSVP if you're sure that you can make it. If you RSVP and back out last minute, it's not fair to other BARC members who could've filled that spot. Please plan accordingly.
