Monday Meetup @ SQUAMISH VALLEY GOLF COURSE

WHERE - SQUAMISH VALLEY GOLF COURSE

TEE-TIME - 12:09 PM

GREEN FEE - $51.45 tax included, a BCGolfPages Members Exclusive

OPTIONAL KP's - $5

HELLO. I am thrilled to announce a first time experience at the pristine Squamish Valley Golf Course on our Monday Meetup tour. This will be my first time playing this golf course and I have only ever heard positive feedback. I am genuinely looking forward to the experience. As always, we will have a KP or two on the course for all that are interested in joining in the fun.

A little about the course: "The walkable 6467-yard, par 72 course opened in 1967.  The five sets of tees on this fun-to-play course calls for accurate shot-making, but one can always hope for the saving grace of a legendary 'Squamish Valley Bounce'. Squamish Valley is built at sea level, on flood plain bedrock along the bends of the Mamquam River. The course plays through classic parkland with five lakes, mature trees and massive stumps, from the original first growth timber, incorporated into its design."

Let's have us some fun! Cheers,

Greg C

hey Gang, I had to pare this meetup down from 20 members to 12. Squamish wanted 48 hour notification of final numbers. Have fun out there. :)

Langley to north van is only a 23 minute drive and then continuing to squeamish is only 25 minutes so live a little we are actually quite friendly over here

Just got a new puppy, so can't go too far for awhile. I played this course before and enjoyed it very much. Pass this time.

Played there a couple times this year already. Course is in excellent condition and the greens were faster than anything we usually play. It's closer than Sandpiper and the Falls if you're inclined to go out there; Squamish just sounds far.

I have played this course 5 times but it was 20 years ago.It was a mature course back then. The greens were like lush carpets.I'd say the best in bc.But that was then and i look forward to golfing this great track again.
